Personally I would love to be a vegan but I know the disadvantages for my body from a mineral analysis point of view. We see a lot of copper toxicity with vegan diets, along with Zinc deficiency.
Carnivore, I have tried and I found that it caused poor energy levels and made me feel nauseas.
Conclusion:
Mix the two. The best diet from my pooint of view is organic meats with loads of vegtables and small amount of quality carbs.
